Due to our strong growth, we are looking for motivated freelance French translators! As a French translator, you work on various translation projects for different organizations, from large companies such as Bol.com and Boskalis to smaller clients such as Beachflags.com and International Theatre Amsterdam. As a French translator, you apply your language skills to give each project the perfect nuance. Your insight into French culture and customs enables you to understand the French-speaking audience and approach them in an appropriate way. Your accurate translations ensure that customers immediately achieve success in the French market. The better you perform, the more often we will involve you in various challenging projects.
What we expect from our French translators:
- You are an authentic native German translator with German roots
- You have an excellent sense of language, culture, and local customs
- You work carefully and accept no language errors
- You have experience with Matecat, Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast
- You are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (if you live in the Netherlands) or have a valid VAT number (if you live abroad)
- You have at least completed a translation education and/or relevant work experience that is demonstrable
