Due to our impressive growth, we are looking for passionate freelance German translators! As a German translator, you will be dealing with various translation projects from diverse organizations, ranging from large companies such as Bol.com and Boskalis to smaller clients such as Beachflags.com and International Theatre Amsterdam. In your role as a German translator, the challenge lies in bringing the right nuance to each translation project. Thanks to your knowledge of German culture and customs, you understand what drives the German target audience and how they prefer to be approached. You ensure accurate translations, enabling customers to immediately achieve success in the German market. The better you perform, the more often we will employ you for different fascinating projects.
What we are looking for in our German translators:
- You are an authentic native German translator with German roots
- You have an excellent sense of language, culture, and local customs
- You work carefully and accept no language errors
- You have experience with Matecat, Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast
- You are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (if you live in the Netherlands) or have a valid VAT number (if you live abroad)
- You have at least completed a translation education and/or relevant work experience that is demonstrable
